Exercises To Improve Premature Ejaculation

Here are some simple exercises to improve premature ejaculation. They can be performed daily and within a few weeks of practicing these exercises, a noticeable decrease in premature ejaculation should be noted.

First Exercise To Improve Premature Ejaculation

Flexing The PC Muscle - Kegels Exercise...

The pubococcygeus muscle (most commonly known as the "PC muscle") is shaped like a hammock and stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx, or vestigial tailbone, at the back of the pelvis. The PC muscle has two major functions: controlling urine flow and orgasmic contractions. When the PC muscle is contracted, the penis will move upward in response.

During orgasm, the PC muscle is responsible for ejaculation. The intense series of pulsations a man feels during orgasm are caused by the PC muscle. (Interestingly enough, women have a PC muscle as well -- which also contracts during orgasms.) These contractions are involuntary.

To help prevent premature ejaculation, the PC muscle should be exercised daily. Exercising the PC muscle is simple. The first step is simply to isolate the PC muscle. This is most easily accomplished during urination. While urinating, attempt to stop yourself in mid-stream. The muscle you tense to accomplish this is the PC muscle.
To exercise, simply practice flexing the PC muscle. Vary this simple flex-and-relax with flex-and-hold. A recommended exercise regimen is:
  •  PC flex-and-relax: 3 sets of 15 repetitions each, twice per day.
  •  PC flex-and-hold for 10 seconds: 1 set of 15 repetitions, twice per day.
Within 2-3 weeks of these daily exercises, you will experience the following benefits:
  • Ability to delay orgasm by clenching the PC muscle during sex;
  •  Increased forcefullness of ejaculation (ejaculate travels farther);
  • Increased orgasmic intensity.
With continued practice, it is possible for some men to delay ejaculation indefinitely and last as long as they want to during sex.

Second Exercise To Improve Premature Ejaculation

The Squeeze Technique...

"The squeeze technique" is a very popular and effective exercise used by many men. When a man senses that he is about to experience premature ejaculation, he interrupts sexual intimacy. Then the man, or his partner squeezes the shaft of his penis between a thumb and two fingers applying gentle pressure just below the head of the penis for 20 seconds. Once the 20 seconds is over the sexual relations can be resumed. This technique can be repeated as often as necessary. When this technique is applied successfully, it enables the man to learn how to delay ejaculation with the "squeeze", and eventually, to gain control over ejaculation without the "squeeze".

Third Exercise To Improve Premature Ejaculation

The Pull Method...

The Pull Method is a partner-friendly approach to preventing premature ejaculation. It is based on the science of the male orgasm. When a man approaches orgasm, the scrotum rises near the body, warming it up and sending semen to the males penis. By interrupting that flow of semen you should be able to stop ejaculation from occuring.

How to apply it:

When you feel overstimulated, immediately pull out. With your hand, gently pull down on your scrotum for 10-20 seconds. This should interrupt the flow and prevent premature ejaculation. Alternatively, you can have your partner pull down on your scrotum. After 20 seconds, you should feel less stimulated. Continue intercourse, repeating when necessary.

Alternatively, you can pair this with the squeeze technique - just take care not to do both techniques at once. It could hurt your penis.

Warning: Do not tug! You must apply this method gently, otherwise it will hurt. Use firm but gentle force, gently pulling down on your scrotum.
